Pricing: fixed prices, no hidden costs

Indicative prices

Prices exclude VAT and are current as of October 2026. Where a project falls depends on the number of screens and features, the platforms, the integrations and any compliance requirements.

• Simple app or MVP: €3,000-10,000. A focused feature set, on iOS and Android (native or Flutter) or the web, with a standard backend.
• Advanced app or platform: €10,000-30,000. User roles, payments, third-party integrations and admin dashboards.
• Large or regulated platform: €30,000+. Multi-portal systems, high traffic, or compliance such as HIPAA and FERPA.

Included in every fixed price

One price covers the whole build, from the first screen design to your product being live.

• UI/UX design: wireframes and screen designs you approve before development
• Development: front end, back end, database and APIs within the agreed scope
• QA testing on real iOS and Android devices and in all major browsers
• Launch: App Store and Google Play submission for apps, production deployment for web platforms
• Weekly demos while we build
• Full ownership of the source code and IP on delivery
• A bug-fix warranty after launch

Costs that are never hidden

Some costs belong to third parties, not to us. They are listed separately in your proposal before you sign, so nothing appears later.

• Apple Developer Program and Google Play developer account fees
• Hosting and cloud services
• Paid services your product uses, such as SMS, maps, payments, email or AI APIs
• Changes outside the agreed scope, always priced in writing before work starts

After launch

Every launch includes a bug-fix warranty on the agreed scope. Ongoing support and maintenance, including updates, monitoring, fixes and planned improvements, is available as a monthly plan, priced up front in your proposal.
